第四章联邦基金的提取和归还 Policy - R2T4

Financial aid funds are awarded with the assumption that the student will attend school for the entire term for which the aid was awarded. Therefore, 如果学生退课或休学, the student may no longer be eligible for the full amount of Financial Aid originally scheduled to receive. Federal regulations require the Office of Financial Aid to monitor student enrollment, 官方和非官方的撤退, and perform specific calculations on how much financial aid a student has earned. It is important that all aid recipients understand the potential financial impact of withdrawing from classes. 一旦这个学期的成绩达到60%, a student is considered to have earned all of the financial aid originally awarded and will not be required to repay any funds as a result of withdrawal.

The calculation for the R2T4 federal financial aid funds are based on whether a withdrawal is classified as official or unofficial.
