安德里亚·巴纳德 received her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics 教育 with a minor in Physics 教育 from Brigham Young University-Idaho and went on to earn a Master of 教育 in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Arlington. Barnard teaches several general education mathematics courses, including College Algebra and College Math.
"I create a student-centered classroom where students are engaged and feel comfortable asking me and other students questions,巴纳德说. "Students are given time to work through example problems during class to gauge and solidify their understanding of new material. They also present their work to other students to increase their learning and the learning of their classmates."
